Club kingpins Tommie Sunshine and Acidkids have teamed up for their new release ‘Never Slow’, which hits stores tommorrow on Acidkids own label.
As both producers styles are known for their different sounds there are 2 different versions, the Brooklyn version representing Tommie’s sound and the Berlin version representing Acidkids’ sound respectively. There’s also a pulsating remix from Sharkslayer and Brooklyn Fire’s latest signing Mahesa Utara delivers a dutch infused remix making this release a winner for the dancefloors. Here’s what Tommie and Acidkids had to say about the release:
“After a studio session in Tommie’s studio in Brooklyn, the floor-banger “Never Slow” was created. To show the different influences and flexibility in their DJ sets, they decided to produce two versions: The Berlin-Edit, with heavy sub bass to represent the rough side of Germany, and the Brooklyn Edit to represent the retro side of this collaboration. The remixes come from Sharkslayer (Top Billin, Dubsided) and Mahesa Utara, and complete this release that will rip apart any dance floor.”
