Of all the songs that have leaked (or been put out) on the net from Game so far, nothing really stood out or compared to his work on the debut back in 2005. ‘Drug Test’, produced by DJ Khalil, has given us hope that the game from back then still exists. Whether this ends up on his upcoming R.E.D. album or Dre’s Detox doesn’t matter, it’s a winner in my books regardless and brings back an element of anticipation to hear more from both Game and Dre’s new LP’s.

DRAKE – HEADLINES

If this track is anything to go by Drake got his game face on. This is the first single produced by frequent collaborator Boi-1da, off his upcoming sophomore album ‘Take Care’ which will be released on Drizzy’s b’day October 24. Can’t wait to hear what he’s cooked up with The Weeknd, shouldn’t be too long before something leaks. Stay tuned.

Gotta give it to B, she nailed it. Can’t go wrong when The Roots are your band for the song either.

For those of you that visit this blog regularly you may have noticed how I refer to Disco House and French House music as feel good music. Why? I think it’s self explantory but hearing good music from the mentioned genres gives me a certain feeling inside. There’s a bunch of producers from all parts of the globe that make solid feel good music. All of them have had various tunes and mixes posted on here at some point. This new remix from one of France’s finest The Phantom’s Revenge of Melee Beats’ ‘Vectors’ is a perfect example of feel good music. One of those songs that I could listen to a thousand times and not get sick of. Then again, Phantom’s Revenge has a few songs in his catalogue that get the same treatment. To hear more of Melee Beats’ creations head over to his website and pick up his new ‘V’ album for free.

Our favourite producers from San Diego Geisha Twins have reached 1000 fans on Facebook and 2000 followers on Soundcloud respectively. To celebrate and show their appreciation to those that continue to support them, have posted their nifty remix of Rogerseventytwo’s smash ‘You Take Me Higher’ for free. That’s right folks for free! Another treat for the laptops and Ipods out there.

The duo known as Flight Facilities is back with a brand new single ‘Foreign Language’ and like ‘Crave You’ this will be stuck in your head for a long time to come. When I hear this tune I think of an outdoor party in Summer, with people dancing armed with various cocktails. They always seem to choose the right vocalist for the the particular song which is a talent in itself these days. Bound to heat up dancefloors worldwide.

It’s been awhile since I’ve come across a good Mash Up mix. I do acknowledge there isn’t a ton of them to be found out there but every once in awhile I manage to come across an exceptional one worth sharing. The Hood Internet are a production duo from Chicago and they happen to specialise in making Mash Ups and mixes featuring them. They know no limit as far as crossing Genres goes and you can hear that on the sequel of their Trillwave mixtape. Also if you like what you hear be sure to hit their Soundcloud page for more mixes and music from them.
