It’s been a minute since we’ve featured music from Phil The Thrill so it’s only right that I post his latest project ‘Barely Awake’. Phil has dropped impressive EP’s and single tracks which have helped him gain a good reputation with critics and peers alike. The Virginian wordsmith has developed in a short span of time which sees him having a promising career in Hip Hop and after listening to ‘Barely Awake’ I believe this is his best work to date. Take a listen and see for yourself.

Bey’s video onslaught continues as she releases the visual for ‘Party’ which features a new verse from Jermaine. Not sure why Andre 3000 didn’t feature in the video but I think it would’ve been better. Although Beyonce opting to go bra-less for most of the vid made up for it.

Common prepares to release the second visual off his upcoming LP ‘The Dreamer / The Believer’ which will hit stores November 21. From the two songs that he’s dropped so far I think the rest of the album will be just as solid not long till we find out.
